Inventory

For all items marked as CE items, the extension will automatically monitor changes in your item ledger entry and any sales line creation. The outcome of this formula (available quantity - quantity on sales order) is synchronized with ChannelEngine as the Default Warehouse inventory value.

Working with separate inventory values per location, known as Stock Locations in ChannelEngine, is also possible. To activate this, go to the standard Business Central locations list and mark the locations you want to use as ChannelEngine locations. Once this is done, the locations are created within CE, and from that point on, inventory calculation and synchronization are done on a per-location basis.
