The integration mechanism includes a logging system. To view the logs, navigate to Integration > Log. If no logs are displayed, ensure that logging is enabled on the CE Setup Card.
In the example below, we have intentionally caused an error by entering a negative shipment cost for an item, which is not permitted in ChannelEngine. Such errors will appear in red, and if you click on the Entry No. in the first column, you will find more detailed information about the data sent and received.
On the log entry details page, you will find the payload, which is the complete data object as it was used when pushing the data to ChannelEngine.
On that same page, you will also find the response returned by ChannelEngine.
When requested to provide more information for support, save both the payload and the response. Send this information to the support desk for further assistance.
